By Aayush ShahSuper 300 is an initiative by Skill College to identify the top 300 students from India who can get their college education sponsored by the Industry.
These 300 Students will get an Internship opportunity in the Industry, who will pay their college fees in exchange for working at their company.
Students can get 3 years of industry experience + sponsorship for their college fees & Industry will get a young mind to work with them.
Skill College started the Super 300 Program because we have always believed
Higher education should be free for every student.
There has always been a gap between the Indian Education system and its industry, even though the students will eventually go to work in the industry. Skill College identified this problem and tried to solve it through this journey. It came up with the concept of Super 300, where it can connect students & industry, and make industry sponsor the education of the students.

Your College fees will be sponsored by the company you work for, so you don’t have to pay your college fees, which makes your college education free of cost.
Once you are selected in Super 300, you will start getting internship opportunities from companies that have collaborated with Skill College. You can apply to those companies, give an Interview & start working there, and make your College education free
Students who started working in the company from the first year of their college can get up to 36 months (3 Years) of Industry Experience, which will help them to get a final placement in a good company.
Pov - This degree is the answer to those HR’s who ask for experience to hire from freshers
Students who work in a company can also have earning potential other than fully sponsored college fees. How? For eg, your college fees are INR 50,000/Year, which comes to INR 4000/Month approx, but if the company is ready to pay you INR 6000/Month stipend, then other than your fees, you will get 2000/Month in your bank account to spend.
If you are selected in Super 300 or not, if you have taken admission in Skill College, then you will get Free Placement training from our side. This training will help you understand what companies look for in a candidate before hiring and improve your chances of getting hired.

We will select Super 300 students based on our own assessment tool called “ASK Score” (Attitude, Skill & Knowledge).
Once a student registers in the Super 300 Program, our team will contact you to set up your ASK assessment. If you perform and get a score of 240+ out of 300, then you are eligible for the Super 300 Program
ASK Score is an assessment technique designed by Skill College to find out the most deserving students. In ASK Assessment, we see the following things in students:-
A (Attitude) - Here we will assess the mindset of the student, their capability to adapt to the situation & their Initiative
S (Skills) - Here we will assess their Soft Skills like Communication, Language Skills, Resume Making Skills, etc
K (Knowledge) - Here, we will assess their foundational knowledge of basic concepts.
